Improvements in productivity are crucial for company growth and survival. For decades, they have been the main source of increases in GDP, but recently the UK has performed poorly and, in Wales, productivity is even lower.
To understand why productivity remains low, the Hodge Research Project has interviewed 74 companies to analyze the main drivers of productivity within Welsh firms.
The Summit will facilitate open debate on these issues.
